Most of the businesses I build for are in Suffolk. A chimney sweep near Stowmarket, a holistic practitioner in Ipswich, a carpet cleaner covering the county. They came to me for the same reason: they had a site, or a Facebook page, or a listing someone set up years ago, and none of it was bringing work in.
The fix isn't a prettier website. It's a site structured so search engines understand what you do and where, a Google Business Profile that's actually set up, and a system behind it that follows up every enquiry so nothing leaks. That's what I build, and I build all of it myself.

No. I'm based in Ipswich but a good share of my clients are elsewhere in Suffolk, and a few are much further afield. Everything runs over WhatsApp, email and a preview link. I'll come and see you if it helps, but most people don't need me to.

Yes, and that's the point. Google works town by town for local trades and services. I build the site so each area you cover has a real presence, set up the Google Business Profile with the right service areas, and keep the review requests running so the listing carries weight.
