Terms of Service
These are the terms of working with GrowthMatix. I have kept them short and honest. If anything is unclear, email me and I will explain it in plain English.
Who GrowthMatix Is
GrowthMatix is a one-person digital agency run by me, Dean, based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I build websites, automation, AI agents, paid ads, social media and SEO systems for service businesses across the UK. You can reach me at hello@growthmatix.co.uk or on WhatsApp.
Services
I offer website design and build, business automation, AI voice agents and chatbots, paid advertising, social media management and SEO. You can take one service or combine several. Nothing is bundled and nothing is forced.
Pricing and Quotes
Every project is quoted at a fixed price agreed before any work starts. The price you are given is the price you pay. I do not work on hourly rates that drift. If a project changes scope partway through, I will discuss it with you first and agree any change in cost before proceeding.
Payment Terms

Monthly Services
Ongoing services like SEO, social media, automation monitoring and AI agent management run month to month. There are no long contracts and no lock-in. If you want to stop, let me know and everything I have built for you is yours, along with the logins.
Ownership
When a website project is paid for in full, the finished website belongs to you. You get the files, the logins and the access. I do not hold your website hostage or charge you to leave. For third-party tools, platforms and hosting, those accounts remain under your name and are subject to their own terms.
No Guarantees on Results
I do not guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, ad performance or revenue outcomes. Nobody honestly can, because those things depend on factors outside anyone's control, including your competitors, the platforms themselves and the market. What I do guarantee is that the work is done properly, to a high standard, and that I will be straight with you about what is and is not working.
Limitation of Liability
My liability is limited to the amount you have paid me for the work in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost profits or third-party claims arising from the work. This is standard and reasonable for a business of my size.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
If anything changes, I will update this page. The date below tells you when it was last reviewed.
