Introduction


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrowthMatix software-as-a-service platform (“Service”) provided by GrowthMatix (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to GrowthMatix, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


Subscription and Access


GrowthMatix is offered as a monthly subscription service. Your subscription grants you access to the Service for the duration of the paid subscription period. Subscription fees are payable in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.


Cancellation and Termination


You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us. Upon cancellation, your access to GrowthMatix will cease immediately on the day your cancellation request is received. No further subscription fees will be charged. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.


Data Ownership and Responsibility


All data, content, and assets stored or created within your GrowthMatix account remain your sole property. Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you are responsible for exporting and backing up your data before access is revoked. We are not responsible for any loss of data after cancellation.


Use of Service


You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use it for any unlawful or harmful purpose.


Limitation of Liability


GrowthMatix provides the Service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.


Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold GrowthMatix harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.


Modifications


We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

GrowthMatix Round The Clock Support — Fair Usage Policy

To ensure all clients receive prompt and effective assistance, GrowthMatix provides Round The Clock Support under the following Fair Usage terms:

Scope of Support

Support covers help with technical issues, platform usage guidance, and troubleshooting related to GrowthMatix services.

Support Limits

While we offer 24/7 support, it is intended for reasonable volumes of requests related to genuine use of the platform. Excessive, abusive, or irrelevant support inquiries may be limited or redirected.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all support requests as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on demand and issue complexity.

Fair Use Threshold

Clients are entitled to a fair volume of support requests per billing period. Should your support requests exceed typical usage patterns (e.g., submitting multiple repetitive requests or demanding continuous live assistance), we reserve the right to request additional fees or temporarily limit access to support services.

Exclusions

Support does not cover third-party integrations, custom development outside of GrowthMatix’s standard offering, or training unrelated to core platform functionality.

Good Faith Communication

We ask clients to use support resources responsibly and communicate respectfully with our team. Abuse or harassment of support staff will result in immediate suspension of support privileges.
