CRM, automation and business systems

The bit most web designers can't do. When a process lives in a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone's head, I build the system that replaces it: booking dashboards, job pipelines, automated follow-up, custom apps on a proper database.

The questions people ask before they message.

Most small business websites I build come in between £745 and £1,595, agreed as one fixed price before any work starts. A straightforward site for a sole trader sits at the lower end. A larger site with several service areas, a booking system or a lot of custom sections sits at the upper end. Bigger projects that combine a website with a booking system or customer portal run to around £2,500. You get an exact figure within a day of telling me what the business does, and it doesn't change.

    Tell me what the business does and what you want the site to do. You'll have a fixed price back within a day, usually the same one.

    Half up front, and we start

    Deposit paid, build starts. If there's no logo yet, that's the first thing you get. Then the domain, the email, the CRM behind the scenes.

    Weeks 1 to 3

    You watch it come together

    A preview link from early on, not a big reveal at the end. Change your mind about anything while it's still cheap to change.

    Week 3

    Live, then found

    Balance paid, site goes live. Then search setup: business profile, sitemap, the local pages. Then a handover where everything is put in your name.
