Who I Am

GrowthMatix is a one-person digital agency run by me, Dean, based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I build websites, automation, AI agents, paid ads, social media and SEO systems for service businesses across the UK. You can reach me anytime at hello@growthmatix.co.uk or on WhatsApp.

What Data I Collect

I only collect what I need to respond to your enquiry and deliver the work. That includes:

• Your name, email address and phone number when you fill in an enquiry form or book a call through the calendar on this site.
• Any details you choose to share about your business when we talk, whether that is on a call, by email or through WhatsApp click-to-chat.
• Details you enter when booking an appointment through the embedded calendar, including the date and time you select and any notes you add.

Why I Collect It

To respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold our call, deliver the services you ask for, follow up on quotes and projects, and keep you informed about work I am doing for you. That is it. I do not collect data for anything else.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your details are stored in the CRM system I use to run the business, which lets me track enquiries, manage projects and send follow-ups. Access is limited to me. I do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing and I never sell your data to anyone, full stop.

How Long I Keep It

I keep your data for as long as we have an active working relationship, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back for more work or need to refer back to something. If you ask me to delete your data, I will, and I will confirm when it is done.

Your UK GDPR Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your data and ask me to erase it from my systems.
• Object to how your data is being used.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled. You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website uses minimal cookies. The booking calendar and any third-party tools embedded on the site may set their own cookies to function properly. I do not use tracking cookies for advertising or sell your browsing data. If you want to clear cookies, your browser settings will let you do that at any time.
